In-Depth Experience
All our efforts are led by our highly experienced Senior
Consultant, Katherine Sliva, M.Ed. Katherine has over thirty years in the Organizational Development field, the last fifteen in private
practice. Previously, she was corporate-wide manager of organization/management/career development for the St. Paul Companies, a $3.6 billion property-casualty insurance firm with 10,000 employees and 45 service centers nationwide. She has
also worked in the non-profit sector at the state board level as advisor
and consultant on educational management issues.
